摘 要:通过双螺杆挤出机采用熔融共混的方法制备了尼龙(PA)66/聚丙烯(PP)/晶须硅复合材料。研究了偶联剂的种类以及晶须硅的用量对复合材料体系力学性能、微观形态和热性能的影响。结果表明,采用硅烷偶联剂KH560处理的晶须硅具有较好的分散性。晶须硅能够显著提高PA66/PP合金的拉伸和弯曲强度,对复合材料的韧性也有一定的改善效果。PA66/PP/晶须硅复合材料的耐热性与热稳定性也得到了改善。当晶须硅的质量分数为30%时,材料的性能最佳,其拉伸强度提高39.9%,弯曲强度提高27.1%,韧性提高27.6%,热变形温度从78℃提高到101.7℃。The composites of PA66/PP/silicon whisker were prepared by means of melt blending through co-rotation twin screw. The influence of coupling agents and silicon whisker content on mechanical properties, morphologies and thermal properties were investigated. The results showed that the silicon whisker modified with coupling agents KH560 possessed better disperse character. Silicon whisker had a remarkable influence on tensile strength and flexural strength of PA66/PP alloy. The toughness, heat performances and thermal stability of PA66/PP/silicon whisker composites was improved a certain extent. When the content of silicon whisker was 30% , the properties of the composites were the best, the tensile strength ,flexural strength and toughness of the composites increased by 39.9% ,27.1% and 27.6% respectively, the heat distortion temperature was improved from 78℃ to 103℃.
