摘　　要：阐述火电厂老机组热工自动化改造的必要性和艰巨性，总结了过去几年来对老机组进行改造取得的成功经验，对机组改造后的经济效益进行分析，并提出有关技术问题建议。The necessity and difficulty of control and automation retrofit of old generating units in thermal power plants are elaborated,the successful experiences achieved in the retrofit of old units over the past years are summed up,the economic benefit of unit's retrofit is analyzed and the suggestions on the relevant technical problems are put forward.
