摘 要:研制一种耐染色的填充聚丙烯(PP)改性材料,探讨了PP和填料种类对其耐染色性能的影响。结果表明,影响填充PP耐染色性能的主要因素是PP种类,均聚PP的效果最好,无规共聚PP次之,嵌段共聚PP最差;填料对填充PP的耐染色性能有较大影响,填料A的效果最好,填料B次之,填料C最差,填料质量分数不宜超过20%。提高PP的结晶温度、降低PP链段活动能力、减少表面孔洞可有效提高材料的耐染色性能。采用耐染色PP注塑的洗碗机内胆经装机运行,其耐染色性能比普通填充改性PP有明显改善,达到了客户的预期目标。Filled polypropylene(PP) with improved stain resistance was prepared, the effect of the sorts of PP resin and tiller on stain resistance of filled PP was researched. Results showed that the stain resistance was mainly dependent on the sort of PP resin, the material made from homo-polypropylene had the best stain resistance, then co-polypropylene, lastly atactic co-polypropylene. The effect of filler on stain resistance was comparatively large,the material made from filler A had the best stain resistance, then filler B, lastly filler C. The mass fraction filler should not exceed 20%. The mechanism of improving stain resistance included increasing the crystallizing peak temperature, restricting movement of chain segment and reducing micro-pore of surface. The internal bladder which was made of filled polypropylene with improved stain resistance was used for dishwasher, the stain resistance of this was better than that of normal filied polypropylene, which achieved customer's expected goal.
