摘  要:铁岭发电厂一期工程4 台300 M W 机组除灰系统用了水力泵压式灰渣混除系统。从目前机组的运行情况来看,锅炉的灰渣泵出口调节门磨损严重。为此,从灰渣泵工作过程的计算分析,提出了灰渣泵出口调节门磨损的主要原因及减少磨损的措施。经运行实践其改造效果好,节省了运行费用。The four 300 MW boilers in the 1st phase project of Tieling Power Plant adopted hydraulic pumped bottom and fly ash mixed handling system.From the point of view of current unit operation,the outlet regulating valves of boiler ash pumps were seriously weared.For this reason,based upon the calculation analysis of ash pump working process,the main causes for outlet regulating valve abrasive wear of ash pump,and the measures for reducing abrasive wear were put forward.The operation practice proved that,the retrofit result was good and the operation cost was reduced.
