成人胡桃夹综合征手术治疗七例临床分析

摘　　要：目的 探讨改进成人胡桃夹综合征手术治疗.方法 回顾分析我院至2001年1月至2009年12月手术治疗的7例胡桃夹综合征的病例资料.结果 7例行左肾静脉-下腔静脉端侧吻合术,患者血尿、蛋白尿、精索静脉曲张症状在术后消失.结论 左肾静脉-腔静脉端侧吻合术治疗胡桃夹综合征方法安全,效果明确,术后并发症少.Objective To investigate the surgical treatment for the left renal vein Nutcracker syndrome. Methods Eleven patients with Nutcracker syndrome who were admitted to our hospital from January 2001 to December 2009 were enrolled, and the clinical data were retrospectively analyzed. Results Among the 11 patients including 7 males and 4 females,left renal vein transposition was undergone in 7 patients and gross hematuria disappeared after the operation. Conservative treatment was conducted in the other 4 patients ,3 patients were followed up, and hematuria disappeared in 2 patients. Conclusion The surgery of LRV and IVC plasty is a safe and effective surgical approach in the treatment of left renal vein Nutcracker syndrome with few complications.
