摘　　要：在生产耐洗耐磨高级后焙烘棉弹力裤装面料中,为提升织物耐洗性,前处理可采用生物酶退浆、常温布铗丝光;染色还原染液中加入防泳移剂,活性染液中提高盐用量;后整理中,加入聚丙烯酸类黏合剂、聚氨酯等助剂。大生产结果表明,该产品的耐洗性经30次水洗后达到4.0级,耐磨性大于17 000转,产品变褪色牢度为3.5级以上。Wet processing of cotton-polyurethane twill fabric is carried out. In order to enhance the eveness, bio-desizing and clip mercerizing at room temperature in pretreatment, adding anti migranting agents in the vat liquor and adding salts in the reactive liquor in dyeing, and selecting polyacrylic acid binder, polyurethane and other additives in post finishing are adopted. The bulk production shows that the eveness of the product can reach Grade 4.0 after 30 times laundering, and can endure more than 17000-turn abrasion, color fastness to fading is above Grade 3.5.
