摘　　要：系统采用CY7C68013及其配置芯片EEPROM完成USB接口部分的功能,采用ACT8990完成边界扫描部分的功能,为完成部分逻辑功能及对此控制器设计的部分电路加密,采用CPLD EPM3032A实现。接着,给出了整个控制器的软件设计方案,具体讨论了CY7C68013的固件设计,以及利用WindowsDDK开发包开发固件装载驱动程序及控制器驱动程序的方法。调试结果表明,研制的边界扫描控制器功能正常,符合设计要求,具有即插即用、无需外部供电、连接简单可靠等优点。A boundary scan controller is designed.The system adopts CY7C68013 and its configuration chip,EEPROM,to accomplish the function of the USB interface,adopts ACT8990 to accomplish the function of boundary scan,and adopts CPLD EPM3032A to accomplish some logic functions and the encryption of some circuits of this controller.And then this paper presents the software design scheme of the whole controller,discusses the firmware design of CY7C68013,and makes use of WindowsDDK to develop the driver for loading the firmware and the driver for controller.The debugging results show that the developed boundary scan controller functions well,is in accordance with design requirements,and features plug and play,no external power supply,and simple and reliable connection,etc.
