电网成本的对标分析方法

摘　　要：介绍了影响电网成本的3个因素以及4个影响指标的选择与处理。选用了10个地区的实际数据进行测算分析,提出了对标当量复合指标和确定社会平均可控成本曲线的回归计算方法。为各地电网可控成本与社会平均可控成本进行对标分析提供基础,为电网成本监管和输配电价制定提供依据和参考。In order to improve the effectiveness of management,Power industry need cost regulation rules which meet the needs of price management,while the assessment of power grid company operating cost is based on the average society level.For the actual situation of Chinese power grid,equivalent compound indicators about bench-mark method and the regression calculation method of average controllable cost in the society are proposed in this paper.Therefore we have the base for controllable cost bench-mark analysis between local grids and average society level,and the basis and reference for power grid cost regulation and transmission and distribution pricing.
