摘　　要：从我国发电企业的设备管理模式和检修现状分析着手,介绍了设备点检定修管理的基本原则和特点,结合外高桥发电厂实施点检定修制的实施经验,探索了点检定修制标准化、专业化、系统化、数据化、信息化的精细化内涵。Based on the analysis of current status of the power generation equipment management,this paper explores the basic principles and characteristics of the spot inspection maintenance system.Combined with the case of the actual repair management practice in Waigaoqiao power plant,the paper discusses the refinement of the spot inspection maintenance system about standardization,professionalization,systematization,data and information aspects.
