摘　　要：东西方政治文明的发展困境及理性根源,给我们揭示的深刻经验教训在于:推进政治文明进程必须解决好价值理性与工具理性的矛盾。这对中国现实的政治文明建设,提出的根本要求与任务就是要实现依法治国。The experience and lessons about the development dilemma and rational root between western and estern political eivilizaiton is： We must solve the contradiction between rational value and rational tool to promote the process of political civilization. As for this priciple, the urgent request and basic mission for our realistic politic civilization construction is to realize the Rule of Law.
