摘　　要：城镇化发展是农村剩余劳动力转移的根本途径。当前我国城镇化过程中推进农村剩余劳动力转移还面临着诸多影响因素,要实现顺利推进城镇化过程中的农村剩余劳动力转移,就必须采取多种措施努力消除这些障碍。The fundamental way to the urban development is the transfer of rural surplus labor. Nowadays, promoting the transfer of rural surplus labor faces many factors in the process of urbanization in China. To aehive the smooth progress of the process of urbanization of rural surplus labor, we must take various measures to remove these obstacles. Only in this way can we aehive the coordinated development of the transfer of rural surplus labor.
