摘 要:通过凝固过程偏析模型和热力学计算,建立了含钛微合金钢在液态及凝固过程中TiN的析出模型。模型计算表明SAPH440钢液相中TiN没有析出,凝固过程中在固相率fs为0.65时TiN开始析出,TiN的析出抑制了钛和氮的晶间偏析。通过调整微合金钢中氮和钛含量,配合连铸工艺,可以控制TiN的析出时机,减小对钢性能的危害。The precipitation model of TiN during solidification of the titanium containing microalloyed steel has been studied by mathematical model. By using the model TiN will not precipitate in steel SAPH440 of liquid phase. During solidification, TiN begins to precipitate when Fs equals to 0. 65. The precipitation of TiN may curb the segregation of titanium and nitrogen. The results show that occasion and condition of TiN precipitation in the microalloyed steels can be controlled by adjusting the content of titanium and nitrogen and continuous casting process and its detriment to the steel properties can be reduced.
