穿心莲内酯滴丸抗小鼠黑色素瘤作用的研究

摘　　要：目的研究穿心莲内酯滴丸的抗肿瘤作用。方法采用C57BL/6小鼠作为实验动物于右腋下皮下接种小鼠黑色素瘤细胞B16,建立小鼠B16皮下移植瘤模型,用穿心莲内酯滴丸(0.143 mg.20 g-1)和对照药物氢化穿心莲内酯滴丸(0.143 mg.20 g-1)灌胃治疗,观察肿瘤体积、肿瘤质量、小鼠生存率的变化,分析穿心莲内酯滴丸对肿瘤发生发展的影响;用免疫组化法测定肿瘤细胞的增殖指数。结果与对照组相比,穿心莲内酯滴丸处理的皮下移植瘤模型的小鼠肿瘤体积和肿瘤质量明显减小,生存期明显延长,细胞增殖指数明显低于对照组。结论穿心莲内酯滴丸能够抑制肿瘤细胞的增殖,从而抑制小鼠B16皮下移植瘤的生长,延长荷瘤小鼠的生存期,具有一定的抗肿瘤作用。Objective To study the az^ti-tumor effects of oral andrographolide pills. Methods The C57BL/6 mice model was established by B16 subcutaneous inoculation. The experimental group were treated with andrographolide drop pills （Andro, garage treatment 0. 143 μg·20 g^-l）, while the control group were given with hydro-andrographolide drop pills （4H-Andro, gavage treatment 0. 143 μg ·20 g^- 1 ）. Tumor volume, tumor weight and survival rate were observed. Results Compared with the 4H-Andro group, the tumor volume and tumor weight of the Andro group were significantly reduced and the survival time of tumor-bearing mice was prolonged. Andro pills, but not 4H-Anro pills, decreased BrdU staining of DNA incorporation. Conclusion Andrographolide pills can inhibit the growth of murine transplanted tumor and prolong the survival time of tumor-bearing mice by the suppressing the proliferation of B16 melanoma cells. It is showed that Andrographolide pills have definite anti-tumor functions.
