摘 要:计算机及网络技术的发展,为能量管理系统(EMS)提供了全新的技术、观念和开发工具。文中对新一代EMS的系统结构、设计要点、数据库结构、图形接口、支撑平台进行了分析,并与以前的EMS进行了比较,阐述了新一代EMS的开放性、可移植性、功能分布等特点,介绍了基于上述设计思想的EMS产品OPEN—2000的软、硬件平台及其基本配置。该系统已在多处现场投运。The rapid development of computer science and network technology provides Energy Management System(EMS) with brand-new concept,technique and development tools.In this article,the configuration,design principle,database structure,graphic interface and supporting platform of the new generation of EMS are discussed.The characteristics of the new system such as opening,transferability and distributed function are illustrated through comparison with most of the existing systems.OPEN-2000 EMS based on the above mentioned design concepts is introduced.It has been put into operation in a number of power control centers successfully.
