摘 要:电力系统传统的限制短路电流的方式是加装限流电抗器,但它在系统正常运行时有电压降和能耗。中科院电工所在国家超导中心的支持下,研制了 220 V/25 A 桥式超导故障限流器,它由 Nb Ti超导磁体、二极管桥路和直流偏压源组成。将其接入电网,当电力系统正常运行时,超导体电阻几乎为零,对电力系统运行无影响;当电网发生短路,超导线圈被自动串入线路,从而限制了短路电流。在 42 K 温度下进行短路试验, 短路电流缩减率达 40% ,有效地抑制了短路电流。Superconducting fault current lim iters⒙unlike current lim iting reactors⒙w illcontrolshort circuit currents w ithoutadding voltage drop and energy loss to electric pow er system during norm al operation. A 220 V/25 A class experim entalsuperconducting fault current lim iter ⒉ S F C L⒕prototype w ith a diode bridge is developed by the Institute of Electrical Engineering⒙ Chinese Academ y of Sciences⒙under the auspices of the National Center for R & D on Superconductivity of China. The lim iter consists of a Nb Tisuperconducting coil⒙a diode bridge and a bias voltage supply. The device presents noim pedance to the current flow ing through the pow er system during norm al operation. Under short circuit conditions⒙thesuperconducting coil w ill be autom atically inserted into the system and thereby lim its the fault current. W ith thesuperconducting fault current lim iter at 4 2 K tem perature in the test circuit⒙short circuit currents are w elllim ited in half ofa cycle. The short circuit current reduction is 40% .
