数字式高压线路电流纵差保护的通信技术

摘　　要：介绍了一种新型数字式高压线路电流纵差保护装置的通信技术。给出了不同的通道形式下装置的通信连接整体方案。在评价已有的几种交流采样同步方法和分析电力光纤通信的发展趋势与特点之后，提出了一种改进的交流采样同步方法。该方法是一种自适应型的采样时刻调整法，其通信方式简单，可适应路由变化的通信自愈环网。分析了通信过程中数据出错的原因和特点，然后给出了根据汉明码纠错原理推出的纵差保护数据通信的纠错方法，借以提高保护的动作速度。为了防止误纠错，采用了 Ｃ Ｒ Ｃ 检验与纠错相结合的方法。最后提出了一种通道监视的方法，以方便装置的调试与运行。该技术已应用到实际装置中，效果良好。Com m unication technology of a new type digital current differential protection relay is presented. Thecom m unication link schem es of relays w ith different com m unication channels are given. After appraising the existing A Csynchronous sam pling m ethods and analyzing the characteristics and the developm ent trend of opticalcom m unication used forpow er system protection⒙a m odified A C synchronous sam pling m ethod is subm itted. This new m ethod is a kind of adaptivesam pling tim ing. Its com m unication w ay is sim ple and it can be adaptable to self healing netw ork w hose route m ay change. After analyzing the reasons and characteristics of com m unication data error of current differential protection relay⒙acom m unication error correcting m ethod is given to accelerate tripping of relay. To preventfrom error in correcting⒙ C R Ccodeand ham m ing code are used in the m ethod. At last⒙in order to be convenient for debugging and run of relay⒙a m ethod form onitoring channelis presented. The technology has been used to a realrelay⒙and the result is satisfactory.
