黄芪联合HAART治疗艾滋病疗效观察

摘　　要：目的使用黄芪联合高效抗逆转录病毒治疗(HAART)治疗艾滋病,与常规HAART治疗对比,观察其降低副作用及治疗艾滋病效果。方法研究组收集22例艾滋病患者黄芪联合HAART治疗24周,对照组收集20例艾滋病患者常规HAART治疗24周。观察两组治疗后药物副作用及抗艾滋病疗效对比情况。结果治疗24周后研究组在消化道反应、外周神经炎、皮疹、皮肤瘙痒及肝功能损害方面药物副作用较对照组发生少,有统计学意义。治疗后研究组CD4+细胞数为256.80±102.58,对照组为240.26±96.62,差异有统计学意义。结论黄芪联合HAART治疗可以减少HAART治疗副作用,增强患者免疫力,加速HAART治疗后的免疫重建。Aim To observe the effect and reduced adverse effects of Combination therapy of astragalus and HAART on AIDS and compared with simple HAART therapy.Methods There 22 AIDS patiens in the observation group were treated with astragalus and HAART for a course of 24 weeks and 20 AIDS patients in the control group were treated by simple HAART treatment for 24 weeks.Adverse effects and anti-HIV effect were observed and compared between two groups after treatment.Results The numbe of cases with gastrointestinal reactions,peripheral neuritis,rash,skin pruritus and liver function damage during treatment in the observation group was significantly less than those in control group（P0.05）.After treatment,the number of CD4 cells was 256.80±102.58 in the observation group,and 240.26±96.62 in control group,also showing signofocant diffeences（P0.05）.Conclusion Astragalus can reduce the adverse effects of HAART therapy,enhance the immunity of patients,and accelerate immune reconstitution after HAART treatment.
