通心络联合氯沙坦治疗高血压伴高尿酸血症的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察通心络胶囊联合氯沙坦治疗高血压伴高尿酸血症的临床疗效。方法将108例患者单盲随机分为2组,对照组,氯沙坦50~100mg/d口服降压治疗,每日1次;治疗组,氯沙坦50~100mg/d治疗基础上加服通心络胶囊3粒/次,每日3次;2组持续治疗30d后再次测定上述项目。结果 2组治疗后30d与治疗前血尿酸疗效比较,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05,P〈0.01）,治疗30d治疗组降血尿酸疗效优于对照组（P〈0.05）,2组治疗后30d与治疗前收缩压、舒张压比较,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.01,P〈0.01）,血糖和血脂比较,治疗前后均无显著性差异（P〉0.05）。结论通心络胶囊联合氯沙坦具有明显降血尿酸作用,治疗高血压伴高尿酸血症安全有效。Aim To observe the clinical curative effect of tongxinluo capsule combined with losartan on hypertension patients complicated with hyperuricemia.Methods There 108 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,and were all orally given losartan 50mg ～100mg/d l once a day.Treatment group were given tongxinluo capsule three grains a time and three times a day based on those given.Both the groups were treated for 30 days.Results The effecte of lowing down the level of blood uric acid in the treatment group was obviously higher than that in the control group after treatment（P0.05）.There were significant differences in systolic pressure and diastolic pressure of the two groups before and after treatment（P0.01,P0.01）.There were no significant differences in blood glucose and ipidaemia between the two groups after treatment（P0.05）.Conclusion The tongxinluo capsule combined with losartan show a synergistic action in lowing the level of blood uric acid of hypertension patients complicated with hyperuricemia.Thus the method is safe and effective.
