摘　　要：集合检测策略能大大降低检测成本,尽早发现HIV窗口期感染者,对遏制HIV快速传播具有非常重要的意义。在我国需要综合考虑各地区的实际情况、需求和现有资源,选择合适的HIV集合检测方法。现对集合检测策略及其最新应用研究进展进行综述,为我国未来HIV集合检测工作发展提供新的思路。Set detection can greatly reduce detection cost and find window infection phase of HIV at earliest time period and it is of crutial importance in rolling back the rapid spread of HIV infection.In China the the actual conditions,demands and available resouces in different areas should be comprehensively taken into account for choosing appropriate techniques for set detection of HIV infection.In this article the strategy of set detection and the advance in application are reviewed for opening up new prospect in future set detection of HIV infection in this country.
