摘 要:基于SCB(半导体桥)点火技术,设计了一种轴向长度为64mm、径向最大直径为16mm的新型火工解锁机构,并通过拉伸承载力、分离时间与同步性等性能试验,测得其极限承载力不小于20kN、分离时间略大于1ms、同步性为0.126ms,且分离时无烟雾泄漏现象。试验结果表明本文设计的火工解锁机构具有结构尺寸小、分离时间短、同步性高、密封性好、冲击低等特点,可满足未来航天器级间分离系统的要求。In order to meet the higher requirement of spacecraft stage separation system in installation volume, separation time and synchronization error, a new explosively releasable device with axial length of 64mm, maximum diameter of 16mm has been designed based on SCB (semiconductor bridge) ignition technology. Through connection strength capacity and separation time tests, key performance parameters of the new explosively releasable device are obtained. It showed that the maximum connection strength capacity is not less than 20kN, separation time is slightly longer than lms, synchronization error is 0.126ms, and there is no smoke leakage phenomenon in separating process. The explosively releasable device has the feature of small size, short separation time and small synchronization error, which can meet the demands of future spacecraft stage separation system.
