摘 要:为正确判断电火工品受环境因素影响后的性能变化隋况,通过瞬态脉冲试验、发火试验以及升降法试验得到的试验结果,研究了对桥丝式电火工品进行随机分组和用瞬态脉冲试验进行筛选分组两种试验方法的区别,比较了两种试验方法中不同组电火工品50%发火电流、平均发火时间和平均温升值差异。结果表明按照瞬态脉冲试验对样品进行筛选分组的方法可以减小样品组差异,提高性能对比试验结果的可靠性。In order to accurately evaluate the property change of electric explosive device affected by environment, based on the test results of transient pulse test, firing test and Up-Down method test, the differences between two test methods of stochastic grouping and selecting grouping to the bridge-wire electric explosive device were studied, and the differences of the 50% firing time, the average firing lime and the average temperature rising in different groups were compared. It showed that the selecting grouping method according to the temperature rising got by transient pulse test can decrease the difference between groups, so the reliability of test results of property comparison could be increased.
