摘 要:为研究不同水平抗菌脂肽对断奶仔猪生长性能及生理功能的影响,选用28 d断奶,体重(7.91±0.34)kg的长×大二元杂交仔猪360头,随机分为4组,每组6重复:对照组(C组,不含抗菌脂肽及抗生素)、抗生素对照组(AC组)及在基础日粮中分别添加2000、4000 U/kg抗菌脂肽组(试验I、II组),试验期为28 d。结果显示:ADG以II组最高(P<0.05),而F/G以I组最低(P<0.05)。I组和II组的腹泻率及肠道大肠杆菌数较C组均有显著降低。I组T3水平较C组显著升高,T4水平较C组显著降低。II组INS、HDL-C水平及H/L较C均有显著提高,TC水平较C组显著降低,TP水平较C及AC组也有显著降低。结果表明日粮中添加4 000 U/kg抗菌脂肽能够提高仔猪生长性能、抑制仔猪断奶应激造成的腹泻,抑制肠道有害微生物,但对有益微生物也有一定的抑制作用,对血液激素水平和某些生化指标也有显著影响,能够提高机体对脂类的转化利用能力和蛋白质的沉积能力。A feeding trail covering 28 d were conducted to study the effects of antimicrobial lipopeptides on performance and physiological function of weaned pigs. ( 7.91 ± 0.34 ) kg, 28 -day-old 360 Landrace x Yordshire crossbreed weaning pigs were randomly divided into 4 groups. The diet of each group was as follows : the control diet (C) ; the control diet + antibiotics (AC) ; the control diet+2 000 U/kg antimicrobial lipopeptide (I) ; the control diet + 4 000 U/kg antimicrobial lipopeptide (II). The results showed that Group II had the highest ADG while Group I had the lowest F/G (P 〈 0.05 ). Compared with Group C, the diarrhea rate and the count of E coli of Group I and Group II decreased significantly. The concentration of T3 in serum of Group I was higher than Group C, but the concentration of T4 was lower significantly. The levels of INS, HDL-C and H/L in serum of Group II were significantly higher than Group C, but the concentration of TC and TP in serum were lower. The concentration of TP in serum of Group II was lower than Group A and C. The results indicated that diet with 4 000 U/kg antimicrobial lipopeptides improved the growth performance and the intestinal health, affected hormone levels and indexes in serum and en- hanced the utilization of fat and deposition of protein.
