摘  要:产业结构的调整与优化依赖于对现有产业结构动态关联关系的科学分析与客观判断。应用灰色关联理论计算了2000~2008年间我国绿色食品产业内部产品间的关联系数及灰色关联度,对绿色食品产业结构及其灰色动态关联变化进行分析,并通过方差分析和σ-收敛性分析判定我国绿色食品产业结构变化显著。提出通过提高产品加工度和附加值,增加禽畜水产类产品生产等结构调整措施促进绿色食品产业的规模扩大与效益提高。The optimization of industrial structure depends on a scientific analysis and objective judgment of the dynamic correlations of the present industrial structure. This paper considered there existed a significant change in the green food industrial structure by analysis of variance (ANOVA), calculated the grey correlations degree of sub-industries, namely products in green food industry during the period of 2000-2008 based on the theory of grey correlation analysis, and analyzed the industrial structure of green food and their dynamic grey correlation relations. The countermeasures and advice on the structure adjustment of green food industry were put forward to promote the expansion of the scale and the im provement of the benefit, such as the enhancing of the processing degree and the added value of the products, the increasing of the domestic birds', animals" and aquatic products.
