摘　　要：学习过程中最重要的阶段是迁移。学习迁移对《经济法》的教学会产生一定负面的影响,在《经济法》的课堂教学中采用合理安排教学内容、加强案例教学、创造性的使用教材、加强学习指导、避免心理定势的影响迁移等方法,克服学习负迁移,培养学生综合分析概括能力,发展学生的学习迁移能力,才能较大程度提高学生的创新思维与创新能力并产生良好的课堂效果。The transfer is the most important stage in the learning process.Learning transfer of economic law teaching will produce negative transfer influence.With many ways of dopting rational arrangement of teaching contents,strengthening case teaching,creative use of teaching materials,strengthen learning guidance,avoid the influence of the mind-set transfer methods and the like,the negative transfer learning could be overcome.Consequently we can cultivate Students＇ comprehensive analysis ability,develop the student＇s learning transfer ability,thus greatly improve students＇ innovative thinking and innovative ability and produce good class effect.
