摘　　要：对科技查新检索的功能、工作程序、应注意的问题及山西电科院的查新系统做了较全面的论述和介绍。正确运用科技查新检索手段， 可以避免重复研究和不必要的浪费， 确定科技成果的创新点， 进而帮助人们对科研成果进行科学的、客观的评价。The paper disucsses the function and working procedure of the originality retrieval of scientific and technical achievement and introduces the originality retrieval system of Shanxi Electric Power Research Institute Proper application of the originality retrieval method can avoid not only the repeatition of research work, but also the unnecessary waste It systiomatically identifies the originality of achievement in scientific research and facilitates relafive authority to evaluate those achievement objectively
