摘　　要：介绍了6S管理的起源、内涵;在高校图书馆日常管理工作中引入6S管理理念,是实现高校图书馆科学管理的必由之路,提高图书馆日常管理水平,为高质量、符合高校图书馆评估标准要求的图书馆建设奠定了基础;同时,亦可充分发挥6S管理在读者素质教育中不可替代的作用。This paper introduces the origin and contents of 6S management.It is the only way to realize the scientific management of the university and college libraries by introducing 6s management in the daily management.Improving the library＇s daily management level will lay a foundation for high quality library construction to meet the requirements of assessment criteria.Meanwhile,6S management plays an irreplaceable role in the process of reader＇s quality education.
