摘　　要：睡眠呼吸暂停综合征(sleep apnea syndrome,SAS)是以睡眠过程中频繁发生的呼吸暂停和血氧饱和度下降为特征的临床综合症,可引起心脑血管和全身各脏器的损害,严重危害人类的健康。本文就睡眠呼吸暂停综合症的发病机制、临床诊断及治疗进展作一简要综述,以期加强临床医生对SAS有一个更深入的认识,提高临床诊治水平。Sleep apnea syndrome is refer to a group of clinical complicated symptoms with sleep apnea extensively and SaO2 decreasing,which can cause Heart-cerebrovascular Disease and do great harm to various organs that damage severely human health.In this article,we reviewed the pathogenesis,diagnosis and treatment of SAS to develop insight of doctors into the illness and improve the diagnosis and treatment of SAS.
