摘　　要：为提高电网事故分析水平，河北南网建成继电保护运行与故障信息自动化管理系统。介绍了该系统的实现方案、配置和功能，分析了该系统对站端信息的需求，该系统与远动系统、变电站监控系统的关系以及系统中管理机的作用，并对通信接口设计和数据规范处理进行了说明。An autom atic m anagem ent system for protective relaying operation and fault inform ation is developed in South Hebei Pow er Netw ork to im prove fault analysis level. This paper introduces the im plem entation m ethod⒙disposition andfunction. The inform ation requirem ent ofthe system on the station side⒙the relationship ofthe system to rem ote system andsubstation m onitoring and control system ⒙the functions of the m anagem ent com puter are detailed. The design ofcom m unication interface and standardized data processing are also described.
