摘　　要：结合用电管理信息系统的开发，论述了用电管理信息系统设计和开发原则。指出用电管理信息系统不仅要具有强大的内部业务处理功能，以提高用电管理自动化水平，更重要的是作为电网管理系统（ 如配网自动化系统） 的一个子系统，要考虑到如何实现数据共享，以便各子系统集成，最终实现电网统一管理。Based on the development of power marketing management information system, the general principle for its design and development is introduced. It points out that, as a sub system of power system automation, this system should not only have powerful inner processing functions, but also satisfy information sharing with other automation systems(such as distribution system automation).
