摘　　要：建设军民融合应急物流保障体系,既是国家应对重大自然灾害等突发性事件的重要保证,也是适应未来后勤发展的必然要求。我国应急物流建设应借鉴美军的成功经验,创新军民融合应急物流实践模式(如统一规划、合作开发、人才培养一体化),加强信息资源平台建设、标准体系建设、法规体系建设和物资储备体系建设。The construction of civil-military integration of the logistics support system is not only the important guarantee for national emergency response to major natural disasters and other emergencies,but also the requirement of the future development of the military logistics.U.S.military logistics system has taken a number of strategic initiatives to enhance the support capability of military logistics and has gained many successful experiences.China should learn the experience of U.S.military logistics and inaugurate the practice mode of integration of military and civilian emergency logistics to improve the construction of emergency logistics system of Civil-military integration in China in terms of the platforms of information resource,standards,regulations,material reserve system
