摘 要:我国的农产品批发市场无论是从其产生过程,还是从农业生产的特殊性角度看,都可以反映出其公益性的本质属性,但是由于种种原因,在农产品批发市场发展过程中,其公益性大多缺失或被违背,使农产品批发市场在农产品价格不理性上涨过程中难逃干系。解决这种问题的根本办法是以法律形式明确农产品批发市场的公益性,政府在农产品批发市场的投资建设和规划中要承担必要的责任,使农产品批发市场真正成为以服务为惟一宗旨的社会公益事业。Both the emerging process of China's agricultural product wholesale market and the specialty of agricultural production can help reflect that the nature of agricultural product wholesale market is non-profit.But because of different kinds of reasons,in developing this market,we went against its nature of non-profit.And this leads to the irrational agricultural product price rising.To solve this problem,we should clarify the nature of non-profit with the help of law;the government should shoulder the necessary responsibility in investing,building and planning to take service as the only guidance of the agricultural product wholesale market and make this market to be a business serving public goods.
