摘 要:以引自美国的10个紫薇家系为研究对象,进行了表型多样性分析,结果表明:紫薇表型性状在家系间和家系内均存在极其丰富的变异,10个家系的花、叶、株型、分枝等13个表型性状的变异系数为13.24%~75.85%,其中花性状的平均变异系数为42.66%,明显大于生长性状的平均变异系数29.44%,说明花性状的遗传多样性更丰富,进一步选择的潜力很大;8个性状家系间的平均表型分化系数为30.19%,小于家系内的69.81%,表明紫薇表型性状在家系内的多样性大于家系间。依据研究结果,其良种选育策略可确定为:以优良家系选择为基础,重点加强优良家系内优良个体的选择和利用,通过选择育种、杂交育种、多倍体育种等多种方式培育优良新品种。The phenotypic diversities of 13 traits from 10 half-sib progeny families of Lagerstroemia indica which introduced from USA were analyzed.Results indicated that there were significant differences among families and among individuals within families.Coefficient of variation for the phenotypic traits varied from 13.24 percent to 75.85 percent.The mean coefficient of variation for the flower traits(42.66 percent) was significantly greater than that for the growth traits(29.44 percent),indicating that flower traits have a more abundant genetic diversity and a greater potential for further selection.The mean phenotypic differentiation coefficient of 8 traits among families(30.19 percent) was less than that among individuals within families(69.81 percent),which indicate that the phenotype diversity of L.indica within families is greater than that among families.According to the research results,the breeding strategy should be paid more attention to the selection and utilization of superior individuals within superior families based on the selection of families,and the cultivation of new varieties through selective breeding,cross breeding,polyploidy breeding and other means.
