摘 要:以6个杨树无性系为对象,探讨其树皮生理生化特性(过氧化物酶活性、愈伤组织、树皮相对膨胀度和树皮内含物)与溃疡病抗性(大田感病指数)之间的关系。结果表明:参试杨树无性系对溃疡病的抗性存在显著差异。不同无性系的树皮生理生化指标与溃疡病抗性间的关系也不同。树皮相对膨胀度在无性系间的差异较小,其值越大,参试无性系对溃疡病的抗性越强;愈伤组织对溃疡病抗性有正面影响,但在不同无性系中的影响度不同。过氧化物酶活性与参试无性系溃疡病抗性间的关系较复杂,不宜作为杨树溃疡病抗性评价的直接指标;被测定的14种树皮内含物中,9种对溃疡病抗性有正面影响(对羟基苯甲酸、阿魏酸、苯甲酸、单宁、表儿茶素、邻苯二酚、咖啡酸、绿原酸和槲皮素),其余为负面影响(根皮苷、没食子酸、根皮素、儿茶素和肉桂酸)。Susceptible index,relative turgidity of bark(RT),POD activity,bark inclusion and callus of six poplar clones were measured to analyze the relationship between physiological characteristics of poplar bark and canker disease.Results indicated that the difference in resistance to canker disease was significant between the poplar clones.The relationships between physiological characteristics of bark and canker disease were various for different poplar clones.There was little difference in RT value between different clones,and the resistance of the poplar clones against canker disease increased with increasing RT value.Callus had a positive influence on their canker resistances,but the influence degrees varied with different clones.Effect of POD activity on canker disease resistance in the poplar clones was complicated;therefore,POD activity cannot be used as a direct evaluation index for canker disease resistance.Among the 14 kinds of bark inclusions,p-hydroxybenzoic acid,ferulic acid,benzoic acid,tannin,epicatechin,pyrocatechol,caffeic acid,chlorogenic acid,and quercitrin had positive influences on canker resistance,and phlorizin,gallic acid,phloretin,catechin,and cinnamylate had negative influences.
