摘  要:运用产毒培养基筛选、锈孢子诱导和正交试验对茶藨生柱锈重寄生木霉SS003菌株(Trichoderma at-roviride)的产毒营养条件进行优化。结果表明,SS003在5种产毒培养基中均能产毒和生长,但Richard培养基更适合产毒培养,PD培养基则更适合菌丝生长;茶藨生柱锈的锈孢子对产毒具有一定抑制作用;SS003菌株的最佳产毒营养组合为:蔗糖50.00 g/L、KNO310.00 g/L、KH2PO45.00 g/L、MgSO43.00 g/L和FeCl30.02 g/L,培养液中各个营养元素的减量不利于毒素的产生。An experiment was conducted to optimize the nutritional conditions for toxin production of mycoparasite SS003 strain(Trichoderma atroviride) on Cronartium ribicola J.C.Fischer by screening of culture medium for toxin production,aeciospore induction and orthogonal experiment.Results indicated that five kinds of culture media were suitable for toxin production and hyphal growth of SS003;however,the Richard liquid culture medium was most suitable for toxin production,and PD liquid culture medium was most suitable for hyphal growth.The aeciospores of C.ribicola had certain inhibitory effect on toxin production.The optimal nutritional combination for toxin production was obtained as sucrose 50.0g/L,KNO3 10.0g/L,KH2PO4 5.0g/L,MgSO4 3.0g/L and FeCl3 0.02g/L.Reduction of each nutritive element in the culture solution was not favorable to toxin production.
