摘　　要：目的评价复方麝香注射液对小儿先心病术后白细胞介素-2(IL-2)和性激素水平的影响。方法择期行心肺转流(CPB)下小儿先心病矫治术60例,随机均分为三组,在停用全麻药后开始静脉泵注低剂量复方麝香注射液组(A组,0.5 ml/kg)、高剂量复方麝香注射液组(B组,1.0ml/kg)和生理盐水组(C组,1.0 ml/kg)。分别观察术前10 min、术后第1天、术后第4天的IL-2(IL-2)、性激素(E2、Toe、PRL)水平。结果与C组相比,A、B组术后第4天的IL-2水平降低,雌二醇及泌乳素水平升高(P<0.05),睾酮水平差异无统计学意义。结论复方麝香注射液可降低小儿先心病术后早期IL-2水平,维持泌乳素及雌二醇水平。Objective To investigate the effects of compound shexiang injection on IL-2 and sex hormone in the children after congenital heart disease （CHD） surgery with cardiopulmonary bypass. Methods Sixty children undergoing elective CHD surgeries with CPB were equally randomized into 3 groups to receive low dose （0. 5 ml/kg） of compound shexiang injection （group A）, high dose （1.0 ml/kg） of compotlnd shexiang injection （group B） and normal saline （1.0 ml/kg, group C） after the cease of general anesthetics. IL2 and sex hormone （estuarial 2, testosterone and prolactin） levels in the 3 groups were measured 10 min before operation, 1 d alter operation and 4 d after operation. Results Compared with group C, IL2 decreased, estuarial 2 and prolactin increased （P〈 0. 05）, while testosterone had no significant change in groups A and B. Conclusion Compound shexiang injection can decrease 1172 level and increase estuarial 2 and prolactin levels in children after CHD surgery.
