不同能量负荷对正常糖耐量人群GLP-1的影响

摘　　要：目的:初步探讨不同能量负荷对正常糖耐量人群的GLP-1(glucagon like peptide-1)影响。方法:14例正常糖耐量受试者先后接受75g葡萄糖及混合餐试验,检测空腹及葡萄糖或混合餐后15,30,60,90和120min的血糖、胰岛素及GLP-1。结果:(1)本组人群的GLP-1在葡萄糖负荷后15min出现第一峰值;第二峰值在60min。(2)混合餐负荷GLP-1分泌无明显峰值。(3)两种能量负荷GLP-1曲线下面积差异无显著性。结论:本研究正常糖耐量人群葡萄糖负荷后GLP-1的分泌呈双时相,混合餐负荷后GLP-1无明显峰值。不同能量负荷对正常糖耐量人群GLP-1影响不同。Objective To investigate the secretion patterns of GLP-1 after two different loads（glucose and mixed meal）in the normal glucose tolerance（NGT）people.Methods After no energy intake for 12 hours,fourteen normal glucose tolerance subjects had height,weight,blood pressure,waist,hip circumference measurement at 8：00 a.m,Blood glucose,insulin and GLP-1 were taken at 0,15,30,60,90 and 120 minutes after glucose load or mixed meal load.Results（1）In NGT group,the secretion of GLP-1 was two-phased after glucose load.The first peak value of GLP-1 was at 15 minutes;and the second peak value was at 60 minutes.（2）There was no obvious peak value of GLP-1 after mixed meal.Conclusion In NGT group,the secretion of GLP-1 was two-phase after glucose load.There was no apparent peak of GLP-1 after mixed meal.The secretion patterns of GLP-1 in the NGT people is different after two different loads.
