广西乡镇卫生院运营效率评价

摘　　要：目的对广西乡镇卫生院运营效率进行调查与分析,为合理配置与利用卫生资源提供决策依据。方法采用数据包络分析(DEA)模型评价广西1 165所乡镇卫生院运营效率。结果在251所中心卫生院中,总体有效为42所,占16.70%;纯技术有效为58所,占23.10%。在914所一般卫生院中,总体有效为43所,占4.70%;纯技术有效为96所,占10.50%。结论广西多数乡镇卫生院运营效率偏低,为了使得其服务效率达到总体有效,必须结合各自实际,注重技术和规模的协调发展。Objective To evaluate and analyze the township hospital operational efficiency in Guangxi province as a reference ground of decision-making for reasonable configuration and utilization of the health resources.Methods The operational efficiency of the 1165 township hospitals in Guangxi province was evaluated with data envelopment analysis.Results In 251 center township hospitals,there were 42 hospitals with comprehensive effective,accounted for 16.7%;58 hospitals showed to be pure technical effective,accounted for 23.1%.In 914 general township hospitals,43 hospitals with comprehensive effective,accounted for 4.7%;96 hospitals showed to be pure technical effective,accounted for 10.5%.Conclusion Most of the township hospital operational efficiency was low in Guangxi province.In order to achieve total validity in service efficiency,the township hospitals have to pay more attention to balanced development of technique and scale,while considering their own situation.
