摘　　要：为了控制创业市场风险,最大程度地保护投资者的利益,本文分析了创业板市场面临的风险,提出了控制创业板市场风险的政策建议。In order to control the Growth Enterprise Market（GEM） risks,and to protect the interests of investors as much as possible,this paper analyses the risks in the GEM.Simultaneously,it proposed the policy suggestions to control the GEM risks.
