论就业成本与高职毕业生就业的关系

摘　　要：通过对全国20所高职院校毕业生数据进行抽样调查,以了解高职毕业生就业成本对就业质量的作用。实证研究标明,高职毕业生就业成本的各要素对能否获得职业机会以及职业机会获得质量的影响明显不一致。学生自身的就业成本占主导地位,同时学生在服装、简历等的对外展示费用对入职起到了很突出的作用,另外学校直接成本如培训指导费和企业的成本也对高职毕业生就业有促进作用,此外,文中对模型得出的结论提出了相关策略建议。Based on the sample survey of graduate data in twenty vocational colleges,the paper shows that there are differences in the influence of employment cost on employment opportunity and employment quality.Students＇ employment cost plays a significant role in employment,while direct cost,such as training cost and enterprise cost,promotes students＇ employment.Related suggestions are put forward in the paper as well.
