金辛镇痛喷雾剂对小鼠毛细血管通透性的影响

摘　　要：目的:研究金辛镇痛喷雾剂对小鼠毛细血管通透性的影响,进一步探讨金辛镇痛喷雾剂的抗炎机制。方法:对小鼠外用不同剂药物,腹腔注射醋酸溶液,测定经尾静脉注射Evans蓝溶液后腹腔冲洗液的吸光度,观察金辛镇痛喷雾剂对毛细血管通透性的影响。结果:金辛镇痛喷雾剂高、中、低剂量组与生理盐水组相比均有显著性差异(P<0.01),金辛镇痛喷雾剂高、中剂量组与麝香舒活精组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),金辛镇痛喷雾剂低剂量组与麝香舒活精组相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:表明金辛镇痛喷雾剂对醋酸致腹腔毛细血管通透性增加均有明显的抑制作用。Objective：To study the capillary permeability effect of Jinxin Zhentong spray,and in-depth study the anti-inflammatory effect.Methods：Different drugs for external use,inject acetic acid solution in abdominal cavity,and determine absorbance,to observe the effect of capillary permeability in mice by Jinxin Zhentong spray.Result：Jinxin Zhentong spray of high,medium and low dose groups compared with the saline group were significantly different（P〈0.01）,Jinxin Zhentong spray of high and medium dose groups compared with Shexiang Shuhuo Jing group were different（P〈0.05）,Jinxin Zhentong spray of low dose group compared with Shexiang Shuhuo Jing group were no different（P〉0.05）.Conclusion：The drug can inhibit increase of capillary permeability in mice.
