调平康片对伴焦虑症状高血压患者血浆5-HT、NE影响的研究

摘　　要：目的:观察调平康片对伴焦虑症状高血压患者血浆5-HT、NE的影响。方法:将通过清洗期符合标准的110名患者采用简单随机法分为两组。治疗组55人给予调平康片加洛活喜,对照组55人给予安慰剂加洛活喜,28天为1疗程。结果:治疗组血浆5-HT与本组治疗前比较,差异非常显著(P<0.01),与对照组比较,差异显著(P<0.05);治疗组的NE含量与本组治疗前比较及与对照组比较,均差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:调平康片能降低患者血浆5-HT、NE含量,直接改善患者焦虑症状。Objective：To observe the effect of Tiaopingkang tablets on plasma levels of 5-HT and NE in hypertensive patients with anxiety.Methods： 110 hypertensive patients with anxiety after washout period were randomly divided into two groups which include Tiaopingkang tablets plus amiodipine besylate treatment group and amiodipine besylate treatment control group.Twenty-eight days are one course of anti-hypentensive treatment.Results： After Tiaopingkang tablets plus amiodipine besylate treatment,the plasma levels of 5-HT in hypertensive patients were significantly reduced（P〈0.01）.The plasma levels of 5-HT in tiaopingkang tablets plus amiodipine besylate treatment group were also significantly lower than the levels in amiodipine besylate treatment control group（P〈0.05）.Furthermore,the plasma levels of NE in hypertensive patients were significantly reduced（P〈0.05）after tiaopingkang tablets plus amiodipine besylate treatment.Conclusion： Tiaopingkang tablets could reduce the levels of 5-HT and NE and relieve anxious symptoms in hypertensive patients with anxiety.
