摘　　要：目的:优化淫羊霍中淫羊霍苷提取的工艺条件。方法:采用正交设计试验,以淫羊霍苷为指标,以乙醇体积分数、乙醇用量、提取时间、提取次数为影响因素,按L9(34)正交设计表安排试验。结果:淫羊霍的最佳提取工艺为50%乙醇回流提取3次,每次为药材量14倍,每次提取3h。结论:优选得到的工艺稳定可行。Objective：To optimize the extraction process of the icariin from Herba Epicedia.Methods：By Orthogonal experiment,the yield of Icariin from Herba Epimedii as index and with the ethanol concentration,ethanol Volume,extraction time and extraction times as factors.Design the L9（34）experiment with the Orthogonal Design table.Results：The optimum extraction conditions of the Icariin from Herba Epimedii were as follows：with 50% ethanol,refluxing three times（3 hours/time）,the ratio of Herba Epimedii to ethanol was 1∶14.Conclusion：The techniques are stable and feasible.
