中西医诊治老年冠心病若干思考

摘　　要：冠心病是内科疾病中的常见病、多发病。老年冠心病有其自身特点,心血管系统增龄性改变明显,并存疾病多,以及肝肾功能减退,在诊断和治疗上有别于其他冠心病患者。文章从老年冠心病的诊断、药物治疗、介入治疗以及心理治疗等方面探讨西医诊治冠心病的若干问题,分析诸多治疗方法和药物的利与弊。同时,在中医治疗冠心病的临证中,提出从肾、从虚论治冠心病,以心与肾的关系为切入点,阐述冠心病中医药治疗的理、法、方、药,以此为据,确定"以补为主,补中寓通"为冠心病的治疗大法。Coronary heart disease is the clinical common disease,especially those of elderly patients.This article focuses on some problems with view to diagnosis,pharmacology and involvement treatment and psychology treatment of CHD.Also,in terms of the relationship between heart and kidney,the article discusses the theory,principle,prescription and drugs from traditional Chinese medicine perspective.
