三九贴敷治疗小儿痰湿蕴肺型咳嗽临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察三九贴敷治疗小儿痰湿蕴肺型咳嗽的临床疗效。方法:在中国旧历节气"三九"将痰湿蕴肺型咳嗽患儿120人,随机分为3组观察临床症状及肺通气功能的改善情况。结果:贴敷同时服药有效率可达100%,与单纯贴敷组及单纯服药组差异均有显著性(P<0.01,P<0.05);单纯贴敷组与单纯服药组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。口服美普清同时辅助贴敷治疗与单纯口服美普清改善通气功能上有差异,但无统计学意义,口服美普清同时辅助贴敷治疗在改善通气功能上比单纯贴敷效果更加显著(P<0.01)。结论:痰湿蕴肺型咳嗽发病期在口服药物的同时连续应用贴敷疗法,可辅助调节机体机能及改善肺通气功能而促进病情向愈,内外兼治可以缩短疗程,值得临床推广。Objective：To investigate the effect on therapeutic effectiveness by patching therapy during Sanjiu solar terms in treating accumulation of phlegm dampness in lung.Method：120 children have cough which accumulation of phlegm dampness in lung were assigned equally to three groups（patching group,procaterol hydrochloride oral solution group,patching with procaterol hydrochloride oral solution group）the clinical effectiveness and pulmonary ventilation function were observed.Result：After treatment,the cure effective of patching with procaterol hydrochloride oral solution rate was 100%.Patching with procaterol hydrochloride oral solution group is more significant than the patching and procaterol hydrochloride oral solution group（P〈0.01,P〈0.05）.There was more significant between the patching and procaterol hydrochloride oral solution group（P〈0.05）.The patching with procaterol hydrochloride oral solution group has no significant improvement than procaterol hydrochloride oral solution group（P〉0.05）,but more significant than patching group in pulmonary ventilation function.Conclusion：Patching continuously with procaterol hydrochloride oral solution can improve symptoms and improve pulmonary ventilation function in treating infantile cough which accumulation of phlegm dampness in lung.The treatment was shorten with intern and external therapy,so it is worthy of clinical treatment.
