清肺凉血汤加减治疗寻常型银屑病临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察清肺凉血汤加减治疗寻常型银屑病临床疗效。方法:将60例寻常型银屑病患者,按随机数字表的方法随机分为两组。治疗组与对照组每组各30例,对照组采用西医常规治疗,包括抗过敏,改善循环和代谢,调节免疫等,治疗组在此基础上给予清肺凉血汤加减口服,每日1剂,30天为1个疗程,共治疗2个疗程观察结果。结果:疗程结束后,两组临床总有效率分别为治疗组96.67%,对照组76.67%,两组相比,差异显著(P<0.05)。两组治疗后PASI评分比较,治疗组与对照组相比差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:采用在西药治疗的基础上加用中医辨证口服中药汤剂治疗银屑病,临床疗效可靠,治愈率高,值得临床推广。Objective：Qingfei Liangxue Decoction clinical treatment of psoriasis vulgaris.Methods：60 patients with psoriasis,the method by randomly divided into 2 groups.Treatment group and control group 30 patients in each group,control group treated with conventional Western medicine,including anti-allergy,improving circulation and metabolism,immune regulation,etc.,on this basis,the treatment group given oral Qingfei Liangxue Decoction,day 1,30d is a course of treatment,were treated with 2 courses observations.Results：After treatment,both groups were clinical total effective rate was 96.67% in treatment group and control group 76.67%,compared the two groups,significant difference（P〈0.05）.PASI scores between the two groups after treatment,the treatment group and control group difference was significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The treatment in western medicine based on the use of oral medicine TCM decoction treatment of psoriasis,clinical efficacy,reliable,high cure rate,is worthy of promotion.
