摘  要:目的研究铅作业工人所出现的遗传损伤。方法对观察组25名铅作业工人和25名对照组人员的外周血淋巴细胞用微核试验、彗星试验及体细胞受体(TCR)基因突变试验进行检测。结果观察组平均微核率(MNR)和平均微核细胞率(MCR)分别为(9.04±1.51)‰和(7.76±1.23)‰,明显高于对照组的(2.36±0.42)‰和(1.92±0.31)‰(P<0.01)。工人组的平均尾长(MTL)和平均尾相(MTM)分别为(2.42±0.09)μm和(0.85±0.05),明显高于对照组的(1.02±0.08)μm和(0.30±0.09)(P<0.01)。但工人组的TCR基因平均突变率与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论微核试验和彗星试验结果表明铅作业工人可检测出遗传损伤。Objective To study genetic damage of workers occupationally exposed to lead(Pb).Methods The peripheral lymphocytes from 25 workers exposed to lead and 25 controls were detected with micronucleus test,comet assay and TCR gene mutation test.Results The mean micronuclei rate(MNR) and mean micronucleus cells rate(MCR) among 25 workers were(9.04±1.51)‰ and(7.76±1.23)‰,respectively,which were significantly higher than those(2.36±0.42)‰ and(1.92±0.31)‰ in controls(P0.01).The mean tail length(MTL)and the mean tail moment(MTM) of workers were(2.42±0.09) μm and(0.85±0.05) respectively,which were also significantly higher than those(1.02±0.08) μm and(10.30±0.09) of controls(P0.01).There was no significant difference(P0.05) in the average mutation frequencies(Mfs-TCR) between the two groups.Conclusion The results of micronucleus test and comet assay indicated that the genetic damage existed among workers occupationally exposed to lead.
