广东省近10年疟疾流行与监测分析

摘　　要：近 １０ 年来，每年省内有近千万外来流动人口，时常引起局部疟疾流行。１９８８～１９９７ 年全省报告疟疾４９ ２０６例，疟疾年发病率在０．１８％ ～１．２４％ ；检出疟原虫阳性病人９５ ３２８ 例，平均每年检出９ ５３３ 例，其中外来人口疟疾病人占 ５３．３％ ，本省居民占４６．７％ 。间日疟是广东当前流行的唯一虫种，偶见输入性恶性疟，罕见输血感染三日疟。在 １６６ 个病灶点进行传疟媒介调查，人诱捕获９ 种按蚊，其中嗜人按蚊和微小按蚊发现子孢子自然感染。嗜人按蚊的媒介能量调查显示，昆虫学接种率为 ０．０８４～０．６６５ ，即在该区平均居住１．５～１１．９ ｄ 就可能感染疟疾。拟除虫菊酯浸泡蚊帐防治疟疾及传疟媒介可获得良好效果，也是处理流动人口疟疾疫点的重要措施。In recent ten years, with the development of economic construction, nearly ten million people entered Guangdong Province and caused local vivax malaria outbreaks surrounding the mountain regions around the economic development cities. During 1988-1997, 49 206 malaria cases were reported. 53.3% of cases were found among mobiling population from outside Guangdong Province. 46.7% of cases were found in local residents. 95 328 malaria cases were found in 3 779 926 fever patients and the positive rate was 2.52%. The annual morbidity were 0.18%-1.24%. Only vivax malaria prevails in the Province now, but imported falciparum malaria cases and transfusion quartan malaria cases are occasionally found. Nine species of Anopheles were caught in the outbreak spots. Anopheles minimus and Anopheles anthropophagus , which were the major vectors, were found to be sporozoite positive. In some stone mining sites of the moutain areas in Shenzhen City, theentomological inoculation rate was 0.084-0.665. It indicated that the workers might get malaria infection if they stayed at the camp for 1.5-11.9 days. The effect of pyrethriod impregnated bednets for control of malaria transmitted by malaria vectors was good. It was also an important measure which conducted in malaria outbreak spots of mobiling population.
