摘 要:管理胜任能力作为管理岗位前培训 ,缩减了护理骨干现有能力与新任角色所需基础间的差距。培训以青年骨干为对象 ,规范化管理培训班为范例 ,瞄准骨干知识缺失点 ,注重素质教育 ,传授管理知识 ,培植创新意识。培训采用理论讲授与自学结合方式 ,强调管理实践环节训练 ,重视管理实践绩效的追踪考核 ,在管理胜任能力需要与缺陷之间找到了平衡 ,为骨干调适新角色 ,增强管理工作自信心奠定了基础 。The training of manage competent at predate reduces the needing distance between available capability and newly practical role for nursing backbone. Training object were young backbone lt took the standardized manage training class as the model, paid attention to quality education, imparting manage knowledge, cultivating new ideas thought. And it adopted combination of teaching and self teach methods, stressed the training of links on manage practice and conducted tracing investigation on practice effect, found a balance between needing of manage competent and shortcoming. lt lied a foundation for mainstays adapting new role and heightening self confidence, and reserved manage backbone power for building nursing talent echelon.
