摘　　要：中国户外运动作为新兴体育项目在中国迅猛发展的同时,法制体系、救援体系、安全保障、责任归咎、行业规范等诸多因素不健全导致众多纠纷。因此,加强体育法,加强户外安全立法,从根本上和法制上规范户外运动,促进户外运动的健康和可持续发展,是当今国内户外运动界亟须解决的一个重大课题。China Outdoor Sports in China as a new rapid development, legalsystem, rescue system, security, responsibility for blame, in- dustry standards, and many other factors are not perfect led to many disputes.Therefore, to enhance sports law, strengthening the outdoor security legislation, a fundamental norms and the legal system on outdoor sports, outdoor sports to promote health and sustainable development, is the need to solve the domestic outdoor sports industry is a major issue.
