摘　　要：目的探讨经阴道彩色多谱勒超声对不孕症患者卵巢储备功能的评价。方法选取我院2009年10月～2010年11月收治不孕症妇女患者80例(观察组)及40例健康体检的女性(对照组)为研究对象,两组患者均进行经阴道彩色多普勒检查,测量双侧卵巢最大平面的纵径、横径、前后径及窦卵泡计数(2～10mm)、卵巢间质动脉的收缩期峰值(peak systolicvelocity,PSV)、卵巢搏动指数(pulsatilityindex,PI)、阻力指数(resistiveindex,RI)。并于同时期检测两组患者的血清雌二醇(E_2)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)和促黄体生成素(LH)的水平。结果观察组的卵巢间质血流PSV显著低于对照组(P<0.05),RI、PI则明显高于对照组(P<0.05);且观察组的卵巢储备良好与下降者之间的窦卵泡数及PSV具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论经阴道彩色多谱勒超声对不孕症患者卵巢储备功能有较好的诊断和预测作用,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate the evaluation of transvaginal color doppler on infertility patient＇ s ovarian reserve function. Methods 80 cases of infertility （the observation group） and 40 cases healthy check-up （control group） as the research object in our hospital between Oct, 2009 and Nov, 2010 were selected, two groups of patients were performed by transvaginal color doppler inspection, bilateral ovarian biggest longitudinal and transverse diameter, anteroposterior diameter, sinus follicular counted number （2 - 10mm）, ovarian stromal artery systolic peak （peak systolic due, PSV）, ovarian pulsatility index, pulsing index （PI）, resis- tance index （resistive index, RI） were measured. And in the same period, two sets of patients serum estradiol （E2）, follicle-stimulating hormone （FSH） and luteinizing hormone （LH） level were detected. Results Peak systolic velocity （PSV） of the observation group is significantly lower than that of control one （P〈 0.05）, resistance index （RI）, beating index （PI）, significant higher than that in control group （P〈0.05）. And the observation group of ovarian reserves fell a good with numbers of follicles and between the sinus were significantly difference, PSV eindhoven （P〈 0.05）. Conclusion The transvaginal color doppler ultrasound on infertility patient＇ s ovarian reserve function may develop good diagnostic and predicting roles, worthwhile to be popularized.
